News: DB Best at Microsoft Tech Expo Portland 2018

Join DB Best’s BI Developer & Consultant DeNisha Malone also known as The Power BI Queen at the Microsoft Tech Expo event in Portland. The event will take place on Tuesday, December 11, at the Oregon Convention Center.

The Microsoft Technology Expo (MTX) is a full day community conference showcasing Microsoft enterprise technologies. This event brings together technology leaders and technical teams to share solutions and best practices. The particular MTX event in Portland will host 25 speakers and 20 sessions.

Storytelling with data using Power BI

Our own DeNisha Malone will deliver a technical session on the Microsoft Tech Expo Portland 2018 event. Her session will be on “Storytelling with Data Using Power BI”. This session  will walk you through the best steps to get the most insightful story from your dataset. During the session, DeNisha will use free data from a variety of data sources. With this data, she will demonstrate a variety of Power BI capabilities. At the end of the day, the Power BI Queen will show how you can transform the data into a story that will either raise additional questions or solve an existing issue.

Previously, DeNisha was the star of the show Power BI World Tour 2018 at Seattle. She delivered a session “Telling a Story with Data”.
