News: DB Best CEO, Dmitry Balin, is co-delivering a session at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2013.
One of the most anticipated events in the IT world, Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2013, is taking place these days in Houston, TX. Microsoft executives and partners from all over the world gather to discuss the most innovative trends and solutions that are changing the technology landscape today.
Among the most prominent speakers is our own DB Best CEO, Dmitry Balin, who will be co-delivering a session called “Why Microsoft: migrating Oracle to SQL Server drives revenue to you and value to your customers” together with Bob Ellsworth, WW Modernization Director at Microsoft.
The session will take place this upcoming Wednesday, July 10, at 4pm CT. It should be very informative and engaging, and is definitely worth attending!
Here is a short brief of the session:
“With the release of Microsoft SQL Server 2012, Microsoft continues to build its enterprise credibility. SQL Server was already known for its tremendous value by including advanced business intelligence (BI) features in the base license and seamless integration with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SharePoint to truly deliver on self-service BI. However, many organizations run both packaged and custom applications on Oracle. They see value in SQL Server but don’t know how to get there. In this session, you will learn about the opportunity available to you as an independent software vendor (ISV) or a systems integrator. Equally important, you will learn how Microsoft can assist you, whether you are building out a migration practice or taking advantage of SQL Server for your packaged offerings.”
